I. Overview
The AP2203 series is a switching DC/DC boost regulator chip controlled by PFM. It is mainly composed of a reference voltage reference, an oscillator, and a comparator. The output voltage ripple is low, the conversion efficiency is high, and the load capacity is strong. Only one inductor and one capacitor are needed outside the AP2203. When the voltage at the CONT point exceeds the limit value, the protection circuit will turn off the built-in FET to prevent device damage. Its protection characteristics, small package and low power consumption are very suitable for portable products.
